A lot of the information you will need during the conference can be found in the University's own guide which can be found in your room. However in addition to the pack, below are several details you may find useful.

Car Park
If travelling by car visitors should park in the Storey's Way Car Park, off Storey's Way. SatNav users - please use the post code CB3 0DR/number 61, which will take you straight to our main car park.

Registration
Registration for the event will take place in the Jocelyn Bell Room (Murray Edwards College) which is located next to the porters' lodge.We endeavour to put up direction signs to help you find your meeting room, or you can go to the Porters Lodge for directions and to check in for accommodation.

Registration will open at 13.00am Sunday 6th September and will remain open throughout the event. If you need any help during your stay please feel free to visit us in the Jocelyn Bell Room. You are also able to browse books and publications in this area and order the books that are of interest. A special offer for the event is free delivery to your preferred address with any purchase of a book.

Lectures and Refreshments
Lectures will take place in The Long Room and the Vivien Stewart Room which are located within this vicinity. You are able to help yourself to refreshments and lunch at breaks in the main corridor.

Meal arrangements
Breakfast will be available between 8.00am and 9.00am in the dining room. Evening meals are not provided, however there is a large number of restaurants in Cambridge and details of some of the restaurants can be found in the University guide.

Banquet
If you have booked for the banquet on Tuesday, this starts at 7.00pm and dinner will be served at 7.30pm. The banquet will be taking place at Emmanuel College which is a short walk into Cambridge.
